The Cross-section of a Pre-painted Steel Sheet

From a cold-rolled steel substrate to a finished pre-painted product, the steel has to go through a series of process.

It can seem complicated at first, but don’t worry, the flow chart below can help you visualize the process. Customizing a steel sheet is like building your own pizza. Choose your crust, sauce, and toppings. Easy as that!

There are four main components to customizing a steel sheet:

  1. Metal coating

  2. Paint Material

  3. Color & Texture

  4. Special functions

Each component has various options, and by combining them, you will get different end products.
